DNA Homes offers a dedicated 24-hour staffed supported living home for individuals aged 18 and over. We understand that not all young adults can live independently and may require additional support to lead fulfilling lives. Our purpose is to provide a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where individuals can develop life skills, build confidence, and work towards greater independence.

The Young People We Support

We support individuals aged 18 and over who require additional assistance with daily living, personal development, and achieving independence. This includes young adults transitioning from care, those with mild to moderate learning disabilities, asylum seekers, and individuals at risk of involvement in gangs or criminal exploitation. We also provide intervention and support for those affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and other vulnerabilities.

Step-down Placement

At DNA Homes, we also offer step-down placements, with key workers attending a few days a week to provide tailored support during the transition to more independent living.

We are able to accommodate emergency placements, offering a safe and fully equipped environment at short notice. Our team is experienced in responding quickly to urgent situations, ensuring that residents receive immediate care and support from the moment they arrive.
